Payments must be made in US dollars. Art Crating accepts the following forms of payment: credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), check or electronic wire transfer. We do not accept American Express or international checks. International wire transfers will be subject to a processing fee.
Upon completion of production, the balance of the order is due. The balance due will automatically be charged to the credit card provided for payment of the deposit amount. If the balance due cannot be charged to a credit card, an alternative form of payment must be received prior to pick up or delivery of your order.
All purchases with a billing and/or shipping address in New York State are subject to New York sales tax, unless you qualify for tax exemption. All purchases with both a billing address and a shipping address outside New York State are not subject to New York sales tax.

Unless additional packing is requested, stretchers will be delivered or released with cardboard corners for protection. Upon physical receipt of your order, your signature indicates acceptance of the stretcher(s) in their delivered condition. Art Crating accepts no responsibility for damage, for variations in conditions that may result from moisture or temperature, or for any other changes that may occur after the order leaves Art Crating’s care.
Once a deposit is paid, the order cannot be cancelled. All stretcher sales are final. Art Crating will not accept stretcher returns. Stretchers with defects due to manufacturing may be exchanged. Any manufacturing issues must be addressed prior to signing for receipt of your order. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, at Art Crating’s discretion.
Art Crating, Inc. reserves the right to charge a storage fee on uncollected articles. Payment of storage fees, in addition to any balance on the order, must be received prior to pick up or delivery of your order.
It is within Art Crating, Inc.’s sole discretion to dispose of any unpaid stretcher orders not collected within ninety (90) days from the date that you are notified of completion of the order and for which payment of the balance has not been received, unless payment and pickup arrangements have been made by the purchaser and are deemed sufficient by Art Crating, Inc.
Art Crating takes the privacy of each of our clients very seriously. All information collected is confidential and is used for the sole purpose of the operations and business activities of Art Crating, Inc.
